1. Order Processing & Shipping

Every book or piece of merch you buy here is packaged and posted by me—no warehouse, no robots, just an author with a tape gun and a stack of mailing labels. Orders typically ship within 3 – 5 business days. During launch weeks or busy seasons I may need a little extra time, but I’ll do my best to keep you updated.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• U.S. destinations: 3 – 8 business days after the ship date (USPS Media Mail or First Class, depending on weight).

3. Tracking & Questions

The moment a package leaves my hands you’ll receive a tracking email. If the number hasn’t updated in a reasonable window, email is always the fastest way to reach me; social-media DMs can get lost in the shuffle.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is signed—or produced to order—all sales on EELawson.com are final. I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Books purchased through Amazon fall under Amazon’s own return policy. Please initiate any return directly through your Amazon account.

5. Lost Shipments​

• Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 U.S. business days (20 for international), email me and I’ll file a trace.

6. Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to tweak an inscription or shipping address? Email me within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, it’s probably already sealed and on its way.

Questions, concerns, or just want to say hello? Email me through the website. I reply within three business days—often sooner when the coffee is strong and the household chaos is minimal.
