You can read or listen to my books through Amazon: e‑books are enrolled in Kindle Unlimited, and audiobooks live on Audible. Limited‑run signed hardcovers and any pop‑up merchandise (think mugs, art prints, or book‑club kits) are sold only in the shop at www.eelawson.com—I announce each drop in the newsletter and on social media.
Because every hardcover is hand‑signed (often personalized) and each merch item is produced to order, all sales made through www.eelawson.com are final. Once payment is processed, I’m unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Purchases made on Amazon, Audible, or within Kindle Unlimited fall under Amazon’s own return policies; if you need to initiate a return there, please do so directly from your Amazon account.
If a package from my shop arrives damaged, snap a photo within 48 hours and email orders@eelawson.com with your order number; I’ll file a claim with the carrier and, when stock allows, send a replacement at no extra cost. For parcels that appear lost in transit, drop me a line after ten business days for U.S. orders (twenty for international) so I can launch a trace.
Need to tweak your shipping address or inscription? Email me within 24 hours of placing the order—once the package is on its way, changes aren’t possible. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT their country assesses.
I’m a one‑woman operation (with five curious sons occasionally helping tape boxes), but I answer every message within three business days. Thank you for supporting independent storytelling and for understanding the care that goes into every signed copy that leaves my desk.
